Apparently the engineers did not believe there was a suitable location on the other side of the engine compartment where the battery is located. If you look above the battery label you will notice an air conditioning label as well - nowhere near any air conditioning component. I guess that the top of the fuse box presented a convenient spot forI’m leaning towards the fuse number being #17, and my fuse diagram designated that the location to which would be in the boot fuse box - however, after many failed attempts I still cannot locate my boot fuse box! We've routed the cable to the rear fuse box rather than the front as running the cable across the top of the windscreen was interfering with the radio signal.

To remove the glovebox you need to remove the trim piece (normally silver, unless you have wood/CF trim) from above it by sliding a screwdriver into the slots in the bottom to release the catches then slide it down to expose 3 screws, remove them then take out the under dash panel by removing the 3 screws at its frontIt could be one of the turn signals located in the front, rear, or side mirror housing. Any of the following may cause Mercedes turn signal not working problems: a bad headlight/taillight electrical plug/connector/harness. burned turn signal contact may heat up and melt the plastic that covers the contact points. a burned light bulb.
